Before going to bed I always have this ritual. Besides setting my alarm clock, making sure my iPhone is charging and removing my makeup, there are a view things that I always love to do.
Since spraying this Organic White Lotus & Yin Yi Ren Bed & Body mist (by Rituals) in my bedroom, before heading to bed, my bedlinnen smells amazing. I love the scent of a freshly washed duvet cover, (my fabric softener smells so nice), but after two nights that scent isn't that strong anymore. And that's when this bedspray comes in handy.
Next important thing is hydrating my lips before getting some sleep. The Reve de Miel by Nuxe has been my ultimate favorite for a couple of years now, so I apply a luxurious layer of this matt lip balm. Then I make sure that any dry parts of my face get some extra attention (after my normal evening skincare routine) by hydrate them with the Sensibiafine extra riche. This thick cream is a perfect overnighter. Then onto hair: I sometimes use the hydrating day cream for hair by Phyto 7, which can easily be worn during the night, without waking up with greasy hair. And when I have some dry patches around my elbows I use a tiny amount of Homeoplasmine. This good for anything tube is almost scentless and leaves my skin feeling nourished and healthy. And if there is one thing (well actually two things) that always seems to feel dry (during this cold and wet months) it's my hands. So a generous layer of the Supreme body lotion, by Sephora, (which I use on my hands not on my body). And (finally!) when every part of my body feels nourished and hydrated, and I have a cup of green tea next to my bed, I'm ready to watch one last episode of The Bridge (I'm totally into this serie right now). And while watching that, maybe I will treat my cuticles with the Burt's Bees lemon butter cuticle cream. But when it's finally time to sleep I make sure I have ear plugs near my bed. Because sometimes the neighbours decide to listen to every cd they own at 2am, believe me this has happened.

Sleep well.
